Thousand Oaks (Trinity) - master planning and preliminary site permitting, master drainage design and permitting, and residential subdivision design, permitting, and construction for a 1100+ unit residential development with 60+ acres of  commercial/office straddling the Duck Slough.

Countryway - master drainage amendments, design and permitting of 1 mile of 4-lane arterial roadway (Waters Avenue extension), subdivision design and permitting for 250 residential units.

CR 44/CR 486 Connector - design and permitting of 2.3 miles of 4-lane rural arterial roadway in Citrus County through wetland and floodplain.

Cypress Ridge Professional Center - design, permitting, and construction of a 94,000 square foot office and retail center on 10.75 acres near I-75 and SR 56.

Generations Christian Church - master planning, design, permitting, and construction of a 95,000 square-foot church complex site of 29 acres.

Compark 75 - master planning, master drainage planning and permitting, design, permitting, and construction of 81.95 acres of industrial subdivision on 145 acres and development of site for over 260,000 square feet of industrial buildings within the park.

The LeverEdge - zoning, site design, permitting, and construction for a 94,000 square foot manufacturing and office complex on 11 acres.

ISPC - site design, permitting, and construction of a 40,000 square foot office headquarters, currently the centerpiece for Pasco County's Economic Development Council.
